The Online Marketing Institute (OMI) is an education-focused, career development organization that offers marketers accreditation in the various fields of online marketing.
OMI was established in 2009 by Online Marketing Connect as a means for marketers to expand their knowledge of online marketing and to help further their careers with practical training as well as a professional marketing certification.
In the past year, OMI has certified several hundred students and has developed advanced Level 2: Integration and Execution programs for marketers to receive more in-depth training. Additionally, OMI also provides customized Corporate Training solutions for businesses and organizations to align goals and meet online marketing needs.
In association with Wharton Interactive Media Initiative, OMI provides marketing professionals with market-tested practical knowledge that can immediately benefit their careers. The curriculum comprises case studies, best practices, peer validation and trends analysis offered through workshops, webinars, seminars and online learning channels. All OMI programs are available to the general public.
